I rated each of the six email archiving products that I reviewed on 23 features. I used a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest mark. This table shows the feature ratings. Bonus points were given for products with capabilities beyond the normal scope of archiving products, such as support for Microsoft SharePoint and backup/restore capabilities.
